(Sutton in Ashfield, GB) After seeing a lot of information about perineal massage throughout my pregnancy, I knew how important it would be to do it but with a bump, it’s a bit tricky managing to reach by yourself which is what makes the perimom so excellent as it means you can do the massage by yourself at any point and is very affordable compared to other products available to help with your perineum.

I always recommend perineal massage prior to birth (and after if there is any tearing and/or pain). One of the biggest barriers to my patients completing this, is difficulty performing this on their own with their continuously growing belly and/or musculoskeletal impairments. With this tool, patients are able to perform it on their own with greater ease. I would highly recommend this product!
