There is so much said for massage prior to birth in reducing tears and the need to be cut. I researched this a lot as a nurse myself during my first pregnancy. I did massage through my two pregnancy’s and gave birth at home with no tears! I’m now expecting my third and super excited for this device as they did not have them on the market with my first two pregnancies and I had to do manually. The price is very reasonable too.
Perimom is the perfectly designed for easy and effective perennial massage during the latter stages of pregnancy. I would highly recommend.

As a midwife myself I know the importance of perineal massage to help prevent tearing. I was recommended perimom by a fellow colleague, it is very easy to use and comfortable and I’m hoping for a tear free delivery!

I found this device easy to use, less invasive than the traditional method of using fingers. Easy to clean and clear instructions make it easy to follow.
I tired to do the perineal massage without Perimom and was impossible, I couldn’t reach the area properly and it would be uncomfortable, I was feeling frustrated to have to do this at this stage of pregnancy when already have so much pain and soreness in general. I don’t think I would have done it without Perimom.
The shape is perfect to reach the area, and to get in smoothly without discomfort, I combined with the almond oil that helps a lot.
Since day one I’ve been very happy with my purchase. Would definitely recommend it!
Easy to use, simple product. I was anxious about it being painful to use but so far it tops out at mildly uncomfortable. A good investment in avoiding tearing and feeling more in control of my birth outcomes.
As someone who wanted to do perineal massage but couldn’t reach this product is a great alternative that allows you to do your massage without the worry of falling or needing to be super flexible.
The design is user friendly, you have to get used to it, but you can feel the stretch and it get a little easier each time so must be working
It is very easy to use, and personally seems easier than using fingers, only setback made only for right handed people.
